Thanksgiving

Kdding barn checked.  Nothing new.  Fire the smoker up at 4 am.  The bird was injected, seasoned and on the smoker by 4:30.  Goat tenderloin seasoned and on the smoker by 5 am.  I am thankful that I am just in charge of getting the meat smoked by noon.  Once, that is done, I will be bascially worthless.  I will eat a pie or two.  I’m sure that there will be a facetime episode with our California turkey.  Be thankful for all  that you have.  And remember to be thankful for those that don’t get too come home for Thanksgiving.  We have lots of service men & women that are taking care of our business that won’t be with their families on this holiday.  GOD bless and have a good day.
