\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Although, I stay busy throughout the summer months with FFA\/Agventures, everyday is like a Friday in my world.\u00a0 I do enjoy not having much of a daily routine, however, my personality NEEDS a daily routine. When I’m not, I can lose track of time, dates, etc.\u00a0 I am about ready to be on a regular schedule.\u00a0 \u00a0 Which means at some point, I’m going to have to schedule a haircut and a beard trim.\u00a0 Or maybe just go back to shaving on a regular basis.\u00a0 We shall see.<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0While flushing at Kester’s this week, Kerensa was talking to some people about how goats “bloom” when clipped or sheared.\u00a0 I then explained that is why I haven’t gotten a haircut or shaved all summer.\u00a0 I’m fat enough and don’t need to bloom.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 By the way, as compared to my past experiences, that was a successful flush.\u00a0 7 of the 8 donors gave good embryos with a couple of does giving large #s.\u00a0 For this time of year, it was good.\u00a0 I didn’t have to do much of the labor.\u00a0 There was lots of help giving shots, clipping, scrubbing and loading\/unloading does.\u00a0 Here’s to hoping all of em stick.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 I made back2back trips to NE OK this week.\u00a0 Extremely high heat and humidity.\u00a0 Lots of miles covered.\u00a0 Dealt with goats one day.\u00a0 All 4 of the Kelln Krew went to Keystone to catch some paddlefish.\u00a0 Although we didn’t catch the monsters that we did last year, we still caught plenty of large fish.\u00a0 Catching a near 100# fish is always fun.\u00a0 Duke’s first one crapped all over him, the guide, the boat, the guide’s chair, etc.\u00a0 Kela got crapped on as well.\u00a0 All in all, a fun day.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
