{"id":4729,"date":"2022-03-24T02:38:21","date_gmt":"2022-03-24T02:38:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kellnlivestock.com\/?p=4729"},"modified":"2022-03-24T02:38:24","modified_gmt":"2022-03-24T02:38:24","slug":"under-rated-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/kellnlivestock.com\/site\/under-rated-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Under-rated"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0This was the post when the Russians bombed the server in Ukraine.\u00a0 Copying and saving a blog post as the server craps the bed&#8212;definitely an under-rated experience.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 I will always entertain the idea of a blog topic that comes from readers.\u00a0 Under-rated music was a topic that was recently presented to me.\u00a0 I liked the idea but the mood hasn&#8217;t hit me&#8230;..until now.\u00a0 And it ain&#8217;t just music that hit me.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 I have been to OYE&#8230;there and back&#8230;.twice.\u00a0 And I will go back tomorrow.\u00a0 For an ag teacher, the thrill of leaving OYE is under-rated.\u00a0 It is such a thrill to know that you are leaving and will get to see your own animals and own home and own fridge and own EVERYTHING!!!\u00a0 \u00a0Till you&#8217;ve walked in these shoes, you will not understand.\u00a0 However, this is one of the more under-rated satisfactions that an Oklahoma ag teacher can ever have.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Now, the action that actually triggered my under-rated thoughts&#8230;.well, it involved a chicken.\u00a0 One of our laying hens has recently taken to &#8220;nesting&#8221; on top of the fridge on the carport.\u00a0 This is a well-used fridge that is constantly working to keep things Kelln Cold.\u00a0 Things like gatorade, bottled water, some medicines and other, uhh, things that need to be kept cold.\u00a0 Today, while home from OYE, this hen had knocked several items off the top of the fridge.\u00a0 One of which was a rat trap.\u00a0 Yes, I rearranged all of the items on the top of the fridge.\u00a0 \u00a0I tried to make an inviting spot for which a hen could land.\u00a0 I then set the rat-trap.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 I wasn&#8217;t sure how long it would take for this plan to work.\u00a0 I now know that it took One Beer.\u00a0 I went back to the fridge for the next one and the trap was sprung and items were knocked off the top of the fridge.\u00a0 I wish that I had witnessed it.\u00a0 Yes, I reset the trap.\u00a0 I won&#8217;t be here tomorrow to check the trap.\u00a0 The thrill of knowing that a chicken got the crap scared out of it by a rat trap is under-rated and I highly recommend it.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Most under-rated country artist.\u00a0 I could say Alan Jackson.\u00a0 However, I think that I will go with Mark Chesnutt.\u00a0 That dude has a lot of good songs.\u00a0 He would be fun to watch in concert.\u00a0 But there ain&#8217;t nobody going &#8220;He&#8217;s one of the best ever.&#8221;\u00a0 Just my opinion.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Most under-rated rock artist.\u00a0 I could argue the Black Crowes but they kind of did their own damage.\u00a0 \u00a0 Without a doubt, it is Tesla.\u00a0 They were so good.\u00a0 They just didn&#8217;t make the cool videos.\u00a0 Their music was and is bad ass good.\u00a0 Their records are the kind that you just play.\u00a0 That song is good, that song is good, ooohhh that song is wicked good!
