\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0It was a Monday.\u00a0 Much like any other Monday–good but not great.\u00a0 Started early and had a full day of classes.\u00a0 It was not an unproductive day.\u00a0 Senior food science class cooked pork burgers.\u00a0 None of them had ever eaten a pork burger.\u00a0 Well, they got to taste some Herfy the Hereford.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 We actually took delivery on some torsion axles that I did not expect to get delivered until 2022.\u00a0 Later in the day, I got a call about some other parts that were getting ready to ship.\u00a0 Cool!\u00a0 One of these parts has been on back order since October 2020. The weird part is that the shipping company wanted to charge an extra $250 in order to deliver to a school.\u00a0 BS!\u00a0 That make no sense.\u00a0 I have free labor and access to forklifts\/skid steers, etc.\u00a0 So, it is getting dropped at a business in Shattuck.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Once school was out, I headed to Woodward to get parts and to check projects.\u00a0 Some\/A lot of the Shattuck livestock projects do not reside in the Shattuck school district.\u00a0 This is a good problem but it does add to my travel time.\u00a0 I also went to check a goat project for a fellow ag teacher that asked for help.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 I got home to a supper of porcupine meatballs.\u00a0 Duke is home for a few days (thus the reason Tammy cooked supper).\u00a0 He fired up a movie.\u00a0 Tammy had seen the movie but had never really sat down and watched it with Duke and I.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
