{"id":4461,"date":"2021-07-27T01:52:49","date_gmt":"2021-07-27T01:52:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kellnlivestock.com\/?p=4461"},"modified":"2021-07-27T01:52:52","modified_gmt":"2021-07-27T01:52:52","slug":"lawsuit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/kellnlivestock.com\/site\/lawsuit\/","title":{"rendered":"Lawsuit"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0It is the 9th most played tv commercial in the regular rotation&#8211;2 insurance commercials, 2 chip commercials, 1 pop commercial, an online vehicle shopping commercial, a diet commercial, a HO pill commercial (is it HO or ED?) and THEN there it is&#8230;..the have you been exposed to Round Up commercial.\u00a0 \u00a0I don&#8217;t know if I should sign up for this lawsuit?<\/p>\n<p>Yes, I have used round up.\u00a0 Yes, I have been exposed to it.\u00a0 Yes, I have used it on behalf of my employer.\u00a0 And I have also used a crap-ton of 2,4-D.\u00a0 As an unpaid employee of Kelln Livestock, can I sign up?\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 I&#8217;ve used more of both of these products this year than on any given year.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve used them in the greenhouse, in the lawn around the ag building, parking lot, ag farm, county fairgrounds, around the house, the barns, the pens and in the garden.\u00a0 This evening, I took a hand-held pump up sprayer and headed into some fields.\u00a0 One 50 acre field just had a corner of weeds coming in.\u00a0 Not, now.\u00a0 I nuked &#8217;em.\u00a0 But there are two fields that are growing a cover-crop mix.\u00a0 \u00a0I would like to small square bale these fields.\u00a0 10 acres total.\u00a0 But one of these fields has a weed problem.\u00a0 Weird.\u00a0 Both plowed the same day and then seed was drilled later that same day with the same drills.\u00a0 One feed plot is salvageable.\u00a0 The other?\u00a0 \u00a0Eenh?!?\u00a0 We will see.\u00a0 I nuked part of it with 2,4-D.\u00a0 I doubt the cowpeas fare well.\u00a0 The other field, well in the words of SNL&#8217;s ButtWheat, it will be &#8220;OOTAY!&#8221;\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0As I walked these fields, I was wearing shorts and listening to the Dropkick Murphy&#8217;s.\u00a0 I&#8217;m real sure that I got chemicals all over me.\u00a0 It was hot and humid out.\u00a0 So once done with chores, I piled my fat ass into that little blue swimming pool to cool off AND clean off.\u00a0 I&#8217;m pretty sure that I entered the pool with all of the grace of a walrus.\u00a0 The good thing about me cooling off in that pool, is that if there was any vegetation growing in it, is now dead.\u00a0 \u00a0 Tammy might need to drain the pool.\u00a0 From the chemicals on my legs, not from me peeing in it.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 If I had more doe goats around here, I wouldn&#8217;t have as many weeds.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 I did play delivery boy for vegetables today.\u00a0 Lots of people in the greater Ellis County area now have an ample supply of cucumbers in which to make pickles.\u00a0 Crock pickles, bread &amp; butter pickles, spicy pickles, sweet pickles, hamburger slices, dill pickles and whatever kind of pickles you would like to make out of perfect pickle cucumbers.\u00a0 I got rid of lots of squash, taters, okra and some corn.\u00a0 8 Dozen brown eggs.\u00a0 Nobody wanted the zucchini.\u00a0 I can&#8217;t blame &#8217;em.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve got calves on feed for August butcher dates.\u00a0 Just doing my part to help feed those that like fresh, bad ass food.\u00a0 I need a couple of pigs.\u00a0 I could feed the zucchini to them.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 And here is how today&#8217;s completely &#8220;worthwhile&#8221; post will tie most, not all,\u00a0 current events into the goat industry.\u00a0 R U READY?\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 I was in a group text that involved some discussion of the current covid BS.\u00a0 Just effing retarded.\u00a0 One of the group members texted a clip of the cali governor&#8217;s new mandates.\u00a0 (Please keep those dumb donkey rules out west)\u00a0 \u00a0Another Cali member of this group text responded, &#8220;He&#8217;s another one (the gov.) that needs to be drowned in a bucket of goat piss.&#8221;\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0And here&#8217;s my question&#8230;..which would be worse&#8230;..drowning in a bucket of goat piss\u00a0 \u00a0OR\u00a0 \u00a0 having to collect said bucket of goat piss?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I think that I will just stick with dealing with some round up and 2, 4-D.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For some reason, I feel that I should proof-read this post.\u00a0 Naahhh!!
