\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0On this Friday, we are traveling to Stillwater, OK for a graduation, or two, kind of.\u00a0 What?\u00a0 Well……….A couple of year’s ago I wrote a blog about a bad-ass niece that was Academic All-State AND all-state in softball, etc.\u00a0 Basically, just a bad ass!\u00a0 \u00a0Those couple of years have actually added up to 7.\u00a0 \u00a0WHAT?????\u00a0 SEVEN damn years.\u00a0 \u00a0 And Mattie Atha is now graduating from Vet School from Oklahoma State University.\u00a0 Yeah.\u00a0 Undergrad in 3 years and then vet med school.\u00a0 And yes, she is already employed.\u00a0 And yes, thankfully, large animal.\u00a0 And NO!\u00a0 \u00a0Don’t ask the next question.\u00a0 She is getting married at the end of May to a cool kid.\u00a0 Basically, she’s too cool for any of you.\u00a0 How cool is that?\u00a0 Way Cool!!!!<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0You want cooler?\u00a0 \u00a0Seriously?\u00a0 \u00a0How do you get much cooler than that?\u00a0 \u00a0I’ll tell you how.\u00a0 As cool as Mattie Atha is, her little sister might be even cooler.\u00a0 Sarah Atha is ALSO graduating from college on this Friday.\u00a0 Sarah is graduating from Oklahoma Panhandle State University with her BS degree.\u00a0 Same damn day!\u00a0 Goodwell, OK to Stillwater, OK is a bit of a drive to do both graduations at the same time.\u00a0 No way!\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Sarah took care of all of the travel dilemmas.\u00a0 “I’m going to Stillwater to watch my big sis get her vet degree.\u00a0 Have fun.\u00a0 And then, when I get my NEXT degree, we will have fun.\u00a0 My turn.”\u00a0 How bad ass is that?\u00a0 In my opinion, (which is all that matters) WAY BAD ASS!\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Top it!\u00a0 You can’t!\u00a0 Wait, what?\u00a0 I can.\u00a0 For a story to come later…. these girls’ grandma just proved where the bad-ass genes come from.\u00a0 “I’ve got two graduations and a wedding this month.\u00a0 \u00a0This will wait.”\u00a0 TF!!!<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 I’m just lucky that the Dragon Lady allowed me to be a part of this family.\u00a0 Like every other family unit, it ain’t perfect.\u00a0 However, the results are real close!\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
