I would like to tell you that I meant to type Hell No, but I would be wrong. \u00a0Saturday night brought some wicked stuff. \u00a0Big hail! \u00a0Luckily we were on the very south side of this storm. \u00a0The town of Fargo was a direct hit. \u00a0Our friend Jay Bogdahn took a head on collision with softball size hail. \u00a0He will be getting new windows on the west side of his house.<\/p>\n
Earlier this week, I had a couple of dudes show up that wanted to screw down the tin on the big red barn and paint it silver. \u00a0I really didn’t want to deal with them, but\u2026.they took a look at the job, shot me a price of $650 for EVERYTHING! \u00a0I looked at that dude and said, “You better get your ass to screwing tin because you just got hired.” \u00a0RUSM?! \u00a0You couldn’t pay me $500 just to climb on that tall, steep ass roof much less put screws in or paint. \u00a0They did it and I can tell you that the fresh silver paint really accentuates the hail dents.<\/p>\n
Skylights in the barn, shingles, grainary roofs, house roof, pickup dents, tractor lights, etc. \u00a0We got lucky. \u00a0It could have been worse. \u00a0I don’t think that the tater crop will make. \u00a0In the town of Fargo, they don’t have glass left in their vehicles. \u00a0Actually, that isn’t true. \u00a0The glass is now in their floor boards.<\/p>\n
