Another sale is in the books as the the Best of the West sale was on Labor Day.  I am pleased with how it went.  We had a great crowd, excellent set of goats and the food was killer good. 

     We sold 49 head -11 does and 38 wethers.  Prices were good for buyers and sellers alike.  There were some bargains to be had and hopefully, they went to good homes.  

      Taylor and Tyke smoked brisket for lunch.  It was really good.  Rusty and Marla boiled shrimp/crawdads on Sunday night.  A large crowd was served both times.  As always, we had lots of excellent help and as a result, the sale went really smooth.  Thanks to all that bid, bought or came and looked.
